Position Types:

Regional Property Manager:
A Regional Property Manager manages a portfolio of properties and is in charge of handling business operations on behalf of the property owners and CEPCO Management, Inc. Their main responsibility is to maintain and enhance the financial and physical assets of the properties assigned.

Accounting Manager:
An Account Manager is responsible for recording and accounting for all account receivables and other income for all managed properties. They perform accounts payable functions, prepare, review, analyze and balance all financial statements on a monthly basis for all managed properties and other various business entities.

Compliance Manager:
The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that all relevant personnel adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.

Site Manager:
Acts as first source for resident and applicant contact. Site Managers handle all inquiries, shows properties to applicants, complete resident certifications, receive & collect monthly rents, maintains cleanliness of buildings, perform or oversee maintenance activities, and communicates with Regional Property Manager to assure efficient and smooth operation.
